1. Booking and Contract
By booking via our website, email, or phone, a binding contract is concluded between you and Jocasta Safaris. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Services
We offer accommodations in Gweta—from tents to traditional huts. Detailed information about services is provided in each booking description. Special requests will be accommodated if possible.
3. Payment
The full invoice amount must be paid within 5 days of the invoice date. We accept bank transfers and online payments (e.g., credit card or payment provider).Cash payments on site are generally not possible. In exceptional cases where no other method is feasible, please contact us in advance.All prices include taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. The following fees apply thereafter:- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total priceCancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be arranged upon request.
6. Liability
We are liable within the scope of statutory provisions for damages caused by us or our employees. We accept no liability for damages or accidents caused by natural events, actions of third parties (e.g., animals, weather, traffic), or disregard of behavioral rules regarding wild animals and nature.
7. Data Protection
Your data will be treated confidentially and used solely for the processing of your booking. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable
LawBotswana law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as permissible, Gweta.
